President of the Student Art Association (Currently Ludivine Berouard)

As president, your vision and leadership define the direction of the association. You will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of board objectives and reciprocal support between the committees, through organizing a weekly board meeting and a monthly social drink with all committees. You are further responsible for establishing partnerships between other associations, faculty members or external Rotterdam-based art initiatives. You are responsible for the recruitment of board members, who in turn recruit their committee members. This will be an amazing leadership opportunity where the future of the Student Art Association depends on your initiative and drive.

Hours per week: 5 – 10 depending on upcoming events

Committee Positions Available under Creative Director


As a blogger you are passionate about our city: Rotterdam and the people, places, and events going on within the city. You are not afraid to take initiative and you have a vision for a blog. You will work together with your committee but it is your freedom to establish a following and reader list.

Hours per week: 3 – 5


Committee Positions Available under Events

 In this committee you will track exhibitions, organize visits and help active members and inactive members discover the Netherlands from an artistic perspective. This committee will also provide all members with the opportunity to broaden their creative horizons through social and educational activities such as photography tours and poetry nights. You will have the freedom to come up with original and creative new events that you want to pursue with the team, and this experience will provide you with the necessary skills to plan an event from A – Z!

Hours per week: 3 – 5 

Committee Positions Available under Marketing

Social Media lover

Are you an expert at all things Instagram and/or Facebook? Be in charge of our social media channels and come up with new strategies to engage and attract new audiences. This position has entailed a lot of freedom and you will work directly with the Marketing Board member.

Hours per week: 3 – 5
